Raised on the lakes and rivers of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Howie moved to Florida in 1998 and began to broker yachts. He uses his real estate development and marketing background, combined with 11 years brokerage experience in the Florida market to create the best possible buying and selling experience for his clients.

His powerboat brokerage success ranges from center consoles to 90’ Motoryachts, representing buyers and sellers, arranging for donation of vessels, and wholesale purchases of trades.

Howie holds the highest level of yacht brokerage licensing with a CPYB certification, recieved while working for the #1 boat dealer in the nation. He is involved in the development of the newest marina in the Tampa area, he is a competitive spearfisherman, and also operates a 501c3 sportfishing charity that benefits the recreational fishing community. Howie is married with a 3 year old daughter and a foster son.
